As Manager of Digital Learning Development at SAS, I led a team of exceptionally skilled and talented instructional designers as we developed highly technical, award-winning training. I managed the program of work, including planning, resourcing, and reporting, as well as our relationships with external subject matter experts, partners, and translation vendors.

As a creative problem-solver, innovator, and coach, I researched and implemented new and better processes and tools, including training content localization using machine translation and AI text-to-speech in e-learning courses.

As an empathetic and effective leader, I enabled personal growth and development, promoting a learning culture and growth mindset for my team and beyond.
